The Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. House Bill 2645—A Bill to amend and reenact §17-16A-13a of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to toll increases by the West Virginia Parkways Authority; imposing notice and public hearing requirements; making future toll increases subject to hearing requirements; and authorizing auditing by the Joint Committee on Government and Finance.
